The Official Life Coach™
I served 20 years in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, and went on to serve as the Principal of the Navy & Marine Corps Air Traffic Control School, where I led over 400 students and 100 instructors. After retiring from active duty, I continued to lead in high-pressure environments as an FAA Air Traffic Control Facility Manager.
In my second act, I transitioned from the tower to the court.
For over 30 years, I’ve been a basketball official—starting at the high school level and now officiating exclusively in NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball. I’ve worked in numerous conferences, including Power 5, and officiated on some of the sport’s biggest stages. Officiating has shaped my leadership, focus, emotional regulation, and ability to thrive under pressure—skills I now teach to others through coaching.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Religion with a focus in Christian Counseling and am an ordained minister. When I realized the individuals I mentored needed more than advice—they needed transformation—I pursued a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching.
